Delete your Monstrada data

Monstrada (developer Monstrada, on Google Play) now runs entirely on your phone, offline and with no account. Nothing from your game is kept on our servers.

ON YOUR PHONE

Delete your progress

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Tap Apps › Monstrada › Storage › Clear data.
  3. Or uninstall the game: your progress, age and acceptances are deleted with it.

OLD ONLINE VERSION

Played before 19/10/2026?

  1. The online version of Monstrada was shut down on 19/10/2026 and its servers were shut down.
  2. An encrypted backup of the database from that time may exist.
  3. To ask for your old data to be deleted, write to suporte@monstrada.com.br with your game ID (#HVM-...) if you remember it. We reply within 15 days.

Children’s data: a parent or guardian can make the request the same way.

WHAT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

  • Progress: level, items, heroes, coins and gems, missions, pass and trophies.
  • Your in-game name, month and year of birth and document acceptances.
  • Your settings (sound, language, controls).

Clearing data or uninstalling deletes your progress forever: we have no copy.

WHAT WE KEEP

  • Nothing from the new game: it does not send your data to us.
  • Only the encrypted backup of the old online version, until you ask us to delete it.
